About Spurs and Stems
Rooted Deep. Riding Free.
Inspired by the Salinas Valley
From sunrise over the fields to evenings beneath the arena lights, the Salinas Valley has long been home to ranchers, farmers, rodeo families, and communities built on faith and hard work. Every design begins with those traditions in mind, honoring the people who work the land, care for animals, gather with family, and take pride in where they come from.
Where Spurs and Stems Began
Story
Spurs & Stems was inspired by the two people who shaped my life in very different, but equally meaningful ways.
My dad taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, and western heritage. A hardworking locksmith and retired team roper, bull rider, and bronc rider, he showed me what it means to work with integrity, stay humble, and never be afraid to get your hands dirty. Through him, I grew up surrounded by horses, ranch life, rodeos, and the traditions that continue to inspire this brand today.
My mom brought a different perspective. She taught me about creativity, style, color, and business. She reminded me that strength and grace can go hand in hand, and that beauty can be found in the smallest details. She inspired the softer, more artistic side of Spurs & Stems.
Together, they created the foundation of this brand.
The spur represents hard work, resilience, and western heritage.
The stem represents growth, faith, beauty, and grace.
Spurs & Stems is where those two worlds come together—a brand rooted in faith, family, agriculture, and the western way of life.
